SCARFS GALORE

Everyone loves scarfs and here are four different styles for you.  They can be made in soft, draping fabrics, wool that can be fringed at the sides or faux fur for warmth and elegance.  Add beading, a beautiful pin or silk flower for another look.  All are easy to make and easy to wear because these  do not get tied; simply slide an end through a loop and your ready to go.  Make them as gifts for  friends and family.  JULIA, NANCY AND JUDY can be made longer by adding to the length before  cutting.  RUTHIE can be made longer by adding to the length of the narrow end before cutting.  Price: $7.00

This style is named  for my sister, NANCY, she             loves scarfs.  Depending on the length you make, just put this "Spiral Drape" scarf around your neck once or twice and your ready. Can be edged with beading, purchased fringe or fringe the wool fabric.

My daughter Jill made this popular style scarf for her craft shows; lymphoma took her life in September 2009. I want to honor her memory with this style and name it after her daughter, my granddaughter, JULIA. "Simply Encircled" looks tied but is designed with a self loop for less bulk. Make it in soft fabrics, fleece or wool that you fringe.  The fleece style is great for children.

JUDY is my friend since 7th grade and we're not saying how long ago that is. "Loops of Luxury" has a very easy-to-make loop; wrap around your neck, put the other end through and it will look great.  Made with soft drape fabric and bead the ends or make in faux fur.

My sister-in-law, RUTHIE, thought this style was so unusual and asked me to make a pattern; it is because of her request that all these styles are available to you.  Thank you Ruthie! This odd shaped scarf can be worn several ways and are illustrated on the enclosed pattern piece.  Make this style in soft draping fabric or from wool and fringe the sides.  Wear in any of the ways suggested in the pattern for "Unique Elegance".
